1. Shipping Policy - Tallitot only

We ship Worldwide, including US, Canada, mid and South America, Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
Items in stock will typically ship out within 1 to 2 business days.
As most of our items are made to order, please allow up to 4 business days from order placement to shipping. At the time your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information. 

SHIPPING RATES

Worldwide Standard shipping & handline fee of $15 applies to all orders.

For faster delivery, you can choose one of these options:

Non Personalized items:
Express ($39) delivery within 3-5 business days once shipped
 
Personalized items (name embroidery on the Tallit bag, non-standard size):
DHL Express ($39), delivery within 5-7 business days once ordered
 
 
Please note: "Business days" are Sunday through Thursday, and do not include weekends, Israeli national holidays, or holiday eves. 

 

1.1 Shipping Policy - non-Tallit items

Each item is made to order especially for you.

Your order is prepared within 1-2 business days and shipped from within the United States, allowing you to receive it quickly and without customs fees.

Estimated delivery time is usually 4-5 business days after shipment.

We make every effort to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible, while still ensuring your item is made with care and attention to detail.

2. Taxes

All Galilee Silks online items are priced without taxes and are priced for export only. Please contact us for domestic purchases.
Importing items into countries other than the US may result in additional taxes at the time of delivery. Please check with your local tax authority for more info. Customers are responsible for any tax charges.

3. Cancellation & Return Policy

Galilee Silks is fully dedicated to your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days.

Transaction cancellation fee and Return fee is 10% of the order value + $20 for return customs handling. The customer is responsible for shipping back the item.

Cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation), Htsa”a -2010 and Consumer Protection Act, 1981.
